The approach is deceptively simple, but requires a lot of hard work – from you and from us. Our job is to turn our team of professionals to the task of translating your description of an ideal prospect into a series of private sales meetings in the target market. Your job is to travel with the mission, call on your pre-qualified prospects, focus all of your efforts on selling and start the sales processes that can ultimately boost your top line.

NSBI selects trade mission destinations based on a balance of traditional, diversification and emerging markets.  This menu of opportunities is offered to our clients through regular mailings, e-mail notifications and a regularly-updated calendar on our website. 

Very simply, our approach is to target a variety of high potential markets, let the Nova Scotia exporting community know what’s coming up, and encourage participation when the proposed mission fits with a firm’s own capabilities, interests and business development strategy.

NSBI Trade Missions are no walk in the park. There’s no smoke and mirrors. Without question, it’s two or three days of hard work. But there’s always some fun, an incredible sense of camaraderie and lots of business deals – even among the participants.
