Peter Giffin, Senior Trade Development Executive – Peter is our most experienced force on the team. For more than a quarter of a century, he’s trotted the globe, and developed an international perspective that’s guided thousands of Nova Scotia companies through the complexities of trade.
As an ex-banker, Peter’s decisions are grounded with a practical edge. “No shoe fits all”, is logic Peter applies to ensure each client receives export solutions specific to their needs. He’s also a firm believer in “house-calls” and often finds himself on an entrepreneur’s turf to gain a solid understanding of their operations.
Peter takes a leading role in training our upcoming Trade Development Executives, and he’s witnessed almost any trade scenario you can dream up. With experience as his guide, complimented by key international marketing certificates and training courses, Peter is an incredible resource.
